4 Kundalini yoga class recordings

Class themes:

* The power of the word with cooling sitali breath for second and fifth chakra

I follow the traditional Kundalini Yoga class setting with a mantra to start & finish the class. The duration of the class is about 90 minutes each including a relaxation with music and sometimes a meditation is included. The classes are recorded in English and you will have acces to the recordings for at least one year.
