This workshop takes you on a journey through an inspiring text and explanation with exercises to purify your Mind.
These exercises require extended periods of mindful sitting, focusing on breathing and mudras (hand positions).
Therefore, experience in (kundalini) yoga, meditation and breathing exercises is desirable for this in-depth workshop.
Annemieke Westerman (Jagat Prem), certified as Kundalini Yoga Level 1 and 2 KY teacher and trainer will guide you.

The Rebirthing series are given both in groups and on an individual basis.
They also offer a unique opportunity to experience together with a partner, leading to a deep connection on both an energetic and subconscious level.

To give everyone the chance to participate, there are three ticket price options:
Budget Ticket costs 33 euros
Normal Ticket is priced at 44 euros
Support Ticket costs 55 euros.
The Budget Tickets are for people who would like to participate, but cannot afford the normal ticket.
With the Support Ticket you can help me make the Budget Tickets possible and ensure that more people can follow the rebirthing.
