Since 2019, Salland Yoga offers corporate yoga for small businesses in and around Nieuwleusen and Dalfsen. Corporate yoga is the key to less stress, a healthy back and neck, a stronger immune system, and a flexible body. It also helps to improve your blood circulation and increase your intuition, alertness, responsiveness, and perseverance.

Our village community can also embrace the benefits of corporate yoga, regardless of your flexibility. Sessions can take place on the yoga mat or even on a chair.

The corporate yoga I teach is specifically tailored to the western working person. The exercises increase your awareness and promote relaxation. This yoga prepares you for the daily challenges we all face.

Corporate yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of your flexibility. My classes are suitable for people of all ages and can be performed on yoga mats or on chairs. This promotes good cooperation.

Annemieke has extensive experience in Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, meditation and breathwork. She has successfully introduced yoga and meditation in schools and businesses, understands the needs of working people and is ready to support your business.

**Short Session (20-30 minutes):**
- €55 per session, minimum purchase 6 sessions

**Individual Session (20 minutes):**
- €55 per session, minimum purchase 6 sessions

**Group session (60 minutes):**
- 1-10 participants: €150 per session
- 11-20 participants: €250 per session
- 21-30 participants: €350 per session

**Friday Afternoon Drinks (1.5 hours):**
- 1-10 participants: €225 per session
- 11-20 participants: €375 per session
- 21-30 participants: €525 per session

**Thematic Lesson (45 minutes):**
- On request

**Travel expenses (if applicable):**
- Within 10 km: Free
- 10-20 km: € 30
- 20 km and further: On request

The rates listed are exclusive of VAT. For longer courses, such as monthly, quarterly or annual arrangements, I am open to price agreements and can draw up a customized quote.
