PSOAS practise class
Discover a new, safe way of moving in my online classes where we explore the body. By exploring the body, we reduce the chance of injuries and pain. These relaxing classes are mainly focused on the psoas muscle group and offer relief from stiffness, pain, burnout or recovery from it.
These classes are suitable for anyone looking for a new way to move and who wants to improve their health and well-being. The classes are not yoga or pilates classes, but offer the opportunity to move in an authentic way that suits your body and lifestyle.
We work with techniques from Liz Koch, psoas as a muscle of the soul and Core Awareness.
