Should I do yoga every day?
No, but Kundalini Yoga and energy is about self-initiation. The exercises we discuss can be used as often as you like. The more you practice, the greater your growth and development.

What if I'm not flexible at all?
Don't worry! Kundalini Yoga is not just for acrobats. It's about energy and awareness, not flexibility. Anyone can participate, regardless of your physical condition.

Can I drink coffee before my yoga session?
It’s best to start your sessions with a clear Mind, but if you can’t go without your morning coffee, make sure to take a break before the session starts. Awareness is key 🔑.

How quickly will I feel results?
Every transformation journey is personal, but many people feel more energy, clarity and peace after a few sessions. Keep practicing and you will be amazed at your own power and transformation.

What if I have a breakthrough halfway through?
Great! Breakthroughs are a sign that you are on the right path. We will explore and integrate the breakthrough together so that you can continue to grow.

Should I wear a turban?
Haha, no! You wear what is comfortable for you. The power of Kundalini Yoga comes from within, not from what is on your head.
