We start the green week on May 11th, but the preparation starts even earlier!
Wild Harvesting and Fermentation Kick-off (May 3)

Live : Saturday May 3 at 10:30 am at Cathelijn of Het Eetbaar Paradijs in Dalfsen. Aline and Joanka take you into the world of wild edible plants.

Why : Learn the power of wild plants and start your green adventure fresh and inspired!
Week 1: Preparation (May 6)
This week you will slowly start to adjust your diet. You will eat more vegetables, fruits and healthy fats, and less processed products.

Q&A Session : Tuesday May 6th at 7:30pm via Zoom. Introduction and explanation of the course.

Group app : Share recipes, inspiration and stay in touch with other participants.
Week 2: THE Green Week (May 11)
You eat only green vegetables and fruits to detoxify your body and increase your energy.

Q&A Session : Sunday May 11th at 7:30pm via Zoom. Ask questions and get inspired.

Morning Yoga : Every morning from 7:00 - 7:45 am, yoga with Annemieke & Joanka.
Week 3: Back to Balance (May 18)
You gradually add other healthy food groups, such as grains and legumes, to maintain a healthy eating pattern.
