Series Yoga Workshops 2020 - Saturday morning - cancelled

Due to corona measures I have decided to cancel the series of workshops as planned for 2020. In the meantime new dates and a new theme have been announced. Read more about it here .

A whole year of yoga deepening with 6 workshops on Saturday morning. We will work with all aspects of yoga; movement, breath, mantra and .. life. With the goal that you go home recharged and relaxed so that you can handle your life with more energy, focus and peace.

Why should you participate? In addition to stretching muscles, removing toxins and deep relaxation, kundalini yoga provides insight into emotional blockages and fears. It teaches you to be more aware of life. (The themes of the workshops are still being developed, you will read more about them soon.)

My lessons are energetic and calming. They form a platform for personal development, in whatever area. A moment to get the best out of yourself without going beyond boundaries. My lessons are personal, focused on themes and everyday life and are deliberately non-performance. I combine the technique of traditional hatha yoga with the energy of kundalini yoga.

For whom? The exercises are suitable for everyone, no yoga experience is required. There is time for deepening and personal challenge. If you have never done yoga before, you are very welcome. If you are looking for deepening, this is also a wonderful moment to fully immerse yourself in (kundalini) yoga.

Relax: After the exercises we do a long relaxation. During the quiet part of the workshop (before or after the relaxation) we do a meditation. In addition, I use the kundalini mantras as a tool for focus, relaxation or other qualities.

Extras: After the lesson you will receive the series of exercises, the mantras with meaning and the music by email. 

Time: 09:30-11:30 with an extension until 12:00 for a chat, tea and snacks.

Price: 35.00 euros per workshop, 190.00 euros per 6 workshops.

Tip: Take a shower beforehand, wear comfortable clothing, eat breakfast 1.5 hours beforehand, and avoid coffee and perfume.

About kundalini yoga:

The word 'Kundalini' literally means 'curl in the hair of the lover', and refers to the energy of your consciousness. This is also called the 'true creative potential'. This energy is stored in our first chakra (energy center or wheel) and the physical location of the first chakra is deep in the pelvic floor, at the base of your spine. The goal is to let the Kundalini energy flow from the lower chakras - which represent earthly and egocentric desires - to the higher chakras, which represent love and connection. It is an energy that we all have within us and that you can awaken and let flow yourself.

Kundalini yoga works directly on our nervous and glandular system, which makes the effect quickly noticeable. In addition, Kundalini yoga is also very practical and focused on better dealing with daily issues.
