About Kirin Shanti Kaur (Corinne Rennerts)
Biography Kirin Shanti Kaur – Corinne Rennerts
In 2015 I followed the Womansweek “Excel, Love and Celebrate” with my first Kundaliniyoga teacher Japjeet Kaur . This experience had a deep, positive impact on me as a woman and enriched both my motherhood and my partner relationship. During this week a seed was planted to inspire other women and to pass on the women's teachings from Kundaliniyoga.
To deepen my path, I followed the Level 1 Teacher Training with Hari Krishan and Hari Avtar Kaur, supplemented with specific modules for women's work under the guidance of Bachitar Kaur. I am currently doing the Level 2 modules in the Karam Kriya School under the guidance of Shiv Charan Singh.
As a psychologist, I developed an interest in spirituality at a young age, initially through Mindfulness. For me, spirituality means the ability to live in bliss, regardless of external circumstances. Kundalini yoga offers powerful tools for this, such as kriyas, breathing techniques, meditation and mantras. I integrate this technology in my 1-on-1 trajectories as a women's coach. More information about this can be found on my website.
My highest goal as a yoga teacher is to express the qualities of my spiritual name, both in my life and in my teaching.
Kirin Shanti Kaur means “Goddess Light Ray” and stands for inner peace, compassion and grace. My greatest passion lies in the women’s teachings and I am grateful to have been part of the Adi Shakti Red Tent collective for women for several years now.
Within this collective we inspire and support women to develop their highest potential. We organize Red Tents at various Kundalini Yoga festivals and also offer individual workshop days and women's weekends.
