This week you will slowly start to adjust your diet with more vegetables, fruits and healthy fats. There will be a Q&A session on Tuesday, May 6 at 7:30 pm via Zoom.
- Green Week : Starts on May 11
You will eat only green vegetables and fruits to detox your body and increase your energy. Yoga every morning from 7:00 - 7:30 and a Q&A session on Sunday May 11th at 19:30 via Zoom.
