A day for healing and transformation. A workshop day to release physical and emotional blockages, with a focus on psoas release and Kundalini Rebirthing. By releasing tension in the psoas - also called the 'muscle of the soul' - you prepare yourself for a powerful breath & yoga experience that breaks subconscious patterns and releases new energy.
13:00 - 14:00: Lunch break (soup provided, bring something small vegetarian to share)
2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Rebirthing session
Suitable for all genders: We work with feminine energy that is present in everyone. Experience with yoga or meditation is not required, but an open attitude to a new experience is.
