Adi Shakti Woman’s Retreat The Power of Love
A journey into radical self-love… to bring peace into the world
You know this already.
Something is off. What you built, how you live, how you relate… it does not fully land anymore. Not in a dramatic way, not a crisis, but something underneath is asking for attention. And instead of stopping, you keep moving, adjusting, holding things together. It works, but it costs energy.
Start - and the pressure will be off
Not with “love and light”, but with what is actually there.
This week is not a break. It is a reset.
The only way out is in
We work with the understanding that the only way out… is in. That means we do not move away from what is uncomfortable, but we turn towards it. Self doubt, jealousy, competition, control, repeating patterns in relationships and work. Not to analyse them endlessly, and not to fix them quickly, but to see them clearly enough that something can actually shift.
The heroine’s journey
This is the heroine’s journey. Not the perfect woman, not the spiritual image, but the real woman who is willing to look, to stay, and to not run when things become uncomfortable. The one who is ready to see what she has been avoiding, and what is underneath that.
The power of love
The theme of the week is the power of love. Not as something soft or abstract, but as a force that requires precision. Love shows where you are not honest, where you hold back, where you give your power away, and where you try to control instead of relate.
As women we carry both the softness of the rose and the strength of the sun. Most of us have learned to identify with one side and suppress the other. This week is about bringing those polarities back into relationship. Not choosing between them, but learning how to live both without hardening and without disappearing.
How we work
We are not here as teachers above you. We facilitate. We bring what we have lived, what we have worked through, and what we are still in. There is no hierarchy here and no performance. We work together, in a shared field, where everyone is responsible for their own process.
This is not a luxury retreat. We cook together, we clean together, we sit together. Daily life is part of the work. There is no separation between spirituality and how you live.
What we use
During the week we work with Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Karam Kriya, healing work, bodywork, self massage, prayer, mantra, ceremony, nature and direct conversation. The structure of the days supports a process that moves step by step: going inward, meeting your story, staying with what is there, and allowing a real shift to happen.
What happens in this week
At a certain point in the week something becomes clear. Not because someone tells you, but because you see it yourself. What you keep repeating, where you hold yourself back, and what is actually available if you choose differently.
The place
We gather in Provence, in the South of France, in a simple place close to nature. There is space to walk, to rest, to be alone, and to be with others. The group is small, between 12 and 16 women, because this kind of work needs a real container.
Practical
The retreat takes place from 27 September to 3 October 2026. We arrive on Saturday, we start together on Sunday, and we close the space the following Saturday.
The contribution for the full week includes accommodation, all vegetarian meals, yoga, ceremonies and workshops throughout the retreat.
Early Bird until 7 July 2026:
€950 for a bed in a shared room
After 7 July 2026 the full contribution will be: €1111
Camping options are available for women who prefer to stay in their own tent or caravan. Please contact us for details and availability.
To reserve your place we ask for a deposit of €188.
The remaining amount can be paid in instalments or before the start of the retreat.
Because this is an intimate retreat with limited places, we recommend applying early.
Please also read our Cancellation Policy before booking.
Yes, for you
This retreat is for women who are already doing inner work and feel ready to go deeper. Women who are tired of going in circles, who want to stop doing this alone, and who want to live what they understand.
There are limited places. Not as a strategy, but because this only works in a small group.
If you feel something while reading this, you already know enough.
You can apply or send a message if you want to join.
Held & organised by Kirin Shanti (Belgium), Jagat Prem (Netherlands / France), Avtar Kaur (Germany / France, hosting in Provence) and Sohang Kaur (Germany).
