Why yoga in the morning
We live in a time of deep transition. Many people experience more sensitivity stronger emotions and a nervous system that feels easily overloaded.
This is not something that needs to be fixed. It is a sign that the body and emotional system are changing.
This 40-day sadhana offers a daily rhythm to support integration through the body. Integration does not happen in the mind. It happens through movement breath and awareness.
The Practise
For 40 consecutive days we practice together online.
Each morning session lasts 45 minutes and includes Kundalini Yoga, meditation and relaxation.
The focus is on embodied awareness, nervous system regulation and emotional balance. No advanced experience with Kundalini Yoga is required.
Try a practice first .These recordings come from earlier 40-day cycles.The real transformation happens when you commit to the daily rhythm with the group, but these recordings give you a feeling of the practice.
