Why yoga in the morning
We live in a time of deep transition. Many people experience more sensitivity stronger emotions and a nervous system that feels easily overloaded.
This is not something that needs to be fixed. It is a sign that the body and emotional system are changing.
This 40-day sadhana offers a daily rhythm to support integration through the body. Integration does not happen in the mind. It happens through movement breath and awareness.
The Practise
For 40 consecutive days we practice together online.
Each morning session lasts 45 minutes and includes Kundalini Yoga breathwork and psoas work.
The focus is on embodied awareness nervous system regulation and emotional balance. No advanced experience with Kundalini Yoga is required.
Daily schedule & practical information
We practice live every morning at 7:00 AM CET. Practising together creates rhythm commitment and continuity.
In Kundalini Yoga we say commit-meant is the first step to happiness.
Only on January 1 the morning practice takes place at 11:00 AM CET.

Your guide
Jagat Prem is an experienced Kundalini Yoga teacher and guide. Her work combines embodied practice sensitivity and practical integration into daily life.
She supports people in developing steadiness, clarity and emotional balance.

This includes 40 live online sessions daily guidance and a committed group field.
Creative collaboration option
A small number of creative collaboration places are available.
This option is for people who wish to write, photograph or record their process while being part of the practice.
You join the full 40 days and contribute by sharing reflections images short videos or testimonials created during or after the sadhana.
