Back pain and psoas

Just briefly about back pain;
Lower back pain is the most common complaint on the physiotherapist's treatment table. Once you have it, it is hard to get rid of.
I know all about it, even when I was a teenager I often had such nagging, stabbing lower back pain that I cancelled parties, had to lie down in the middle of the day and accept that I was dead tired .
The cause of back pain is usually never completely clear, even if you think it is a certain muscle or tendon, but...
the treatment does not help, or only temporarily.
So you learn to live with the pain. And the fatigue. And the worry that comes with it. The energy that it takes. The dreams that you let go of because of it.
I believe that pain is NOT a static entity.
I believe that pain is as dynamic as the process of body cells; the endless process of breaking down and renewing your body at a cellular level.
After all, when you have a wound, your body also heals itself. Sometimes with a little help from outside.
Muscles that are deep in your body cannot be lubricated. And it is better to avoid vigorous stretching when they are dry and shriveled.
The self-care that is needed comes from within ,
From your CORE.
With small, deeply felt movements you can help cell division, massage your organs and keep or start your metabolism going.
During my lessons and workshops in core consciousness you work with this knowledge and micro movements.
For a juicy, well-nourished and resilient core of your BEING.
Because,
as within, so without.
So with a healthy and resilient core ,
the rest of your BEING, of your "ten bodies" will be supported to be healthy and resilient as well. After all, it is all connected.
Would you like to experience this too?
