What exactly is detoxing?

The word 'detox' comes from detoxification and that literally means 'detoxification'. And you can do that in different ways, separately or all at once:

  • healthy food (or even just juices, water and tea)
  • massages
  • sauna
  • colonics
  • and so also yoga!

You can spend a few days in a luxurious place, but you can also do it at home. The point of detoxing is that you take the time to consciously reflect on your insides and clean them up.
