During this workshop all yoga exercises are aimed at calming your body and mind and letting go of the tensions of the day. During the calm yoga exercises you can let go of deep tension so that your body gets the signal that it is time to rest. By doing pranayama (breathing exercises) you calm your nervous system. We end with a yoga nidra session of about half an hour.

Yoga nidra is a meditation technique for relaxation that you practice lying down. Doesn't that sound great?! It is simple and suitable for everyone. It is a systematic method to experience complete relaxation on a physical, emotional and mental level. Your body is relaxed and your mind remains alert. The relaxation is very deep, which has a strong effect on your sense of well-being, but also gives space and clarity for healing and insights. For me personally, it is the powerful and deep effect combined with the softness of the practice that appeals to me so much.

After this workshop you will be completely ready to go to bed and you will have a handle for your own going-to-bed ritual
